From rock’n’roll riots to criminal proceedings
Probably be leading this list should be the hotel “Watergate” in Washington, according to the analytical center ” Indicators of real estate market “. But it is currently closed for repairs, apparently, so was deliberately not included in the list.
1. The Hotel Adlon Kempinski, Berlin, Germany. Average price per night: $313-692
Hotel Adlon Kempinski enjoys a prestigious location in Central Berlin, near the famous Brandenburg gate. The hotel has acquired a scandalous notoriety in November 2003 when pop legend Michael Jackson brandished one of his children from the balcony on the eyes at the bottom of the screaming crowd. The king trails up to the hotel Negresco
The hotel Negresco, flanking the promenade des Anglais in nice, — one of the world’s oldest hotels-Palas. This is one of the treasures of the Belle Époque, its always highly appreciated by lovers of comfort and beauty. Because by itself the Palace “Negresco” is also a cultural exception. This is one of those hotels-castles, in which at night you can hear footsteps in the hallway or snicker behind the wall. To feel a strange movement of air from which get goosebumps or catch the corner of my eye a movement entering the room or passing by mirrors. Sometimes it seems that after you someone is watching, and sometimes understand that it is not just a feeling.
A few ghosts settled there on a permanent basis.
